Unlisted Shipment Zones

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any part of your order and are due a refund (see "Returns Policy" below), we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

We will ship to zones unlisted in the shipping and delivery form, but please contact us to organize delivery. Countries such as Iran are not provided to us as shipping options here, most likely due to criminal US/EU sanctions, and while we cannot always guarantee delivery to these places, we will at least try to work something out!


All packages are sent via PostNL unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise before placing their order (please send us an email or use the contact form on this website). Postage rates in the Netherlands are quite steep, and do not automatically include a tracking number for anything sent outside of the Netherlands for packages under 2kg. If you would like to be able to track your order please select that option upon checkout! If you do not do this, then we are no longer able to take responsibility for your package or its delivery once it arrives at the outbound package collection point.
