Returns Policy

If there is something wrong with your order or you think the package might be lost, please get in touch with us at the provided email to explain the situation and/or request a refund. Returns and refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed unless there is an obvious and explicit problem originating pre-shipment.

Tracking costs are not included in basic shipping prices due to Dutch PostNL policies (see "Payments & Delivery" below for more details), therefore if you have not paid to include tracking then we are no longer responsible for the delivery as soon as it reached the post office here in the Netherlands.
